Insurance claims partially paid, still waiting for more?

So we do a fair amount of ortho, and this MOSTLY has to do with that, but occasionally there will also be that claim on which the insurance pays for 1 procedure, but says they need more infomation on another claim. What steps do we take when entering a partial payment to ensure that the claim is still open for additional payments later on?

For your first ortho example, you can create an insurance payment plan. That feature works and will allow tracking, but it's not exactly elegant. It will get better some day. For your second example, where payment is made to one proc but not another, you simply split the claim.
