Still dialing patients' numbers the old fashioned way? How about clicking a button in OpenDental and Google Voice will dial your patients for you and ring you back on your office phone.

Is anyone using CallFire to text patients successfully? Set up a program link to Google Contacts for simple, FREE, two-way texting. I posted instructions on how to set it up at:

Another cool thing you can do is install the Google Voice Plug-in for Firefox. Then export your patient phone list and open it in a spreadsheet. Then save it as a web page (html). Open it in Firefox. Now every phone number is clickable. Click-to-Dial right from your browser.
