RECALL FREQUENCIES

Just wondering if anyone has noticed that Open dental does not catch Recall frequencies or intervals! NO WARNINGS
(ie 1st appt Jan 2, Second appt June 17...allowed a 3rd appointment on Nov 18)
Patient is allowed 2 cleanings per year. So to work in the patients schedule our Hygentist scheduled them in June for their 2nd appointment, the computer generated a recall card, which was sent to the patient. The patient called to schedule in November or December. (Human Error - allowed a Novemebr 18th appointment) NO WARNING from Open dental.
As we all no, we are not perfect.....
So I am asking for a bit of help to have the Open Dental Admins create a fix.

I would like to see a frequency addition for Prophys and 4910's as well as Fluoride & Sealants with age limitations.
Also that if a patient is in 2 times per year..it asks you again are you sure you want to schedule?
I believe that the program should be abe to consider frequencys then recommended interval. Just a suggestion.
Would like to see this in a NEW VERSION - sooner than later
