suddenly when I create monthly production and income reports, all my insurance payments are 0. We didn't do anything. We are entering payments as usual. Please let me know if there is any setting I need to change. Iam using 12.x version .THANKS AND APPRECIATE

I've seen that when the step of creating insurance check is skipped.
