Hook Requests - Commlogs / Tasks

First three hooks are going to be in FormOpenDental.cs, one in OnCommlog_Click() and the others within phoneSmall_GoToChanged()

Phone panel change:
The last hook needs to go in UserControlTasks.cs and replace AddTask_Clicked()
