Is this a new feature or its already integrated in OD 17.4?

It was enabled for use as of v17.4.12
"(Enhancement) DoseSpot is now available for use of eRx."

It is still in the process of being documented in our manual.
The best thing about a boolean is even if you are wrong, you are only off by a bit.
