On the chart, on the bottom left box, PATIENT INFO, the first line is AGE, and the second line is ABC0. What is ABC0 ?

A=good credit
B=OK credit
C=Bad credit, either >$200 collections, or bankruptcy.
0=Did not give us permission to run a credit report. We treat this as equivalent to C, meaning they pay for everything up front.

This is the foundation of our financial policies.
