Possible bug 18.4.10 beta

Not sure if this is a feature or a bug, but if I try to set procedures complete by right clicking on procedures in the chart, and setting them complete, I get a 'Completed procedures are not allowed for future dates' pop up. But the procedures are for today

I see how this could happen sometimes. I'll create a bug ticket and get someone on it ASAP.

The bug "Chart module, setting a procedure complete would sometimes incorrectly prompt "Completed procedures cannot be set for future dates"." has been fixed and will be released with v18.4.11
