Having AI make appointments via voice

I am currently developing a call center that can make and check appointments automatically into opendental by using voice recognition technology.
Somehing you guys are interested in collaborating with me?
maybe colloborate on best practices.
The API is almost done as opendental is ran on a simple msql database [with no root password btw..something opendental top guys should look into especially in these times of security breaches.hint hint!!]
I may need some advice from guys that did API's before.
this is the naturally evolving step with opendental anyway with everything in the cloud.
Kinda like something what is referenced in the video below. Just imagine it in context of a dental office.
final mission is to eliminate the need for front desk staff to set appointments. and just have the AI take over this function. All cloud based.
