Deductible

The insurance plan has a deductible on every visit. Every time the patient comes he pays $1.50. I added it in general deducible and left all other deducibles blank. When I create the claim the deducible is not calculated and it shows the patient pays $0. I've been trying to find the solution by myself with no success. Any help would be appreciated.
