Owandy Link not saving in data file

When we take panos using the link in Open Dental, we can not access the patient if we just open Owandy on it's own without going through Open Dental. It acts like the patient and pano was never done. If I access it through the Open Dental link, then it is found. All settings are correct and going to the correct data file from what it looks like. We are having trouble opening patients by just opening Owandy from the desktop.

Any ideas why?

Hi arwood, when using the link in Open Dental, the program opens up Owandy and then sends the patient information through their Windows API link. One of our techs may be able to help, please contact support at 503-363-5432 for further assistance.
