I am thinking about moving to e-claims. Could anyone of you share your experience? Is it really saving time? Which one do you prefer? How much cost difference is it compared with postal mail? What issues do I have to watch out?

Can I do e-claims on two different machines, e.g. the one at front desk and private office?
