I see on this page about OpenDentalCloud (https://www.opendental.com/manual/opend ... ckups.html) that there are daily, 11pm, on-site backups stored each evening. I very much need to know where I can find them on my systems (which systems, which directories).

I also see on that page that it says that the Full backups include the OpenDentImages folder, but then I see on this page (https://www.opendental.com/manual/opend ... ences.html) that "The A to Z Images (OpenDentImages) Folder is not stored locally". Can someone confirm if documents and images are part of the OpenDentalCloud "Full" backups?

Open Dental Software manages all cloud backups. If you want them on your local systems then you need to perform the last sentence on that page:
"Copies of backups can be requested by contacting Open Dental support."

OpenDentImages are not stored locally on your systems because Open Dental Software manages them. OpenDentImages are included in the "Full" backups.

That is not what that page says though. It has a line entry in the table that definitely says that at 11pm each day, a Full, On Site backup is taken, in addition to a Full Off Site backup.

Is that still correct?

Either the page is incorrect or there exists a daily local backup somewhere. Thanks for double checking.

On Site refers to our hosting location. Not the local office.
