I've been trying to solve this issue on our front desk

Is it possible to limit patient scheduling related to a particular insurance carrier to a certain time of the day/ days of the week. Quite often a full revenue generating patients are sidelined in favor of an insurance claim, despite constant reminders, I now feel the blocks should now be applied into Open Dental directly
