Is it possible to edit the default Procedure Note in the Broken Appointment Procedure Window, for a cancelled appt, D9987?

By default it says: "Appt BROKEN for [procedures] 08/23/2024 10:00:00 AM"

I would like it to say: "[Today's Date] CANCELLED APPT 08/23/2024 10:00:00 AM for [procedures]"

In the D9887 Edit Procedure Code window, I tried entering a default Completed Note, TP'd Note, & claim note, but none of them worked.

Nope. It would be a Feature Request to customize it.
