eConnector shutting off automatically

Hi Team,

I have noticed that around 6:00 pm to 6:30 pm the eConnector automatically shuts off. This has happened many a time in the last one month. Please help me with this issue.

I recommend you first start by following the eConnector Troubleshooting Steps listed in our manual. If you are unable to resolve this, you may need to contact your IT or call Open Dental support.
