Wondering if it is a possibility to create a new field in the recall window titled "preferred booking time" or something along those lines where we could indicate in that field prefers mornings, afternoons, evenings or weekends. That way when generating the recall list we could filter by this field and make more personalized recalls based on patients scheduling preference. Thanks!

I'm not sure if this will show up in the Recall window, but we put this type of information in the Appointment Module Notes. This makes it easy for our staff to see when scheduling appointments, especially when using a Patient Dashboard that shows this note for the currently selected patient.
