Slow Login

I have an issues that I am trying to figure out, Slow user login to OpenDental from only one computer, my office desk.
On most computers in my office, when I log into open dental from the user login screen, it takes between 2 and 5 seconds, depending on how old or new the computer is to show the full module screen and load the patient, most of my older i7 computers, probably 2 seconds. However, on my personal desk computer, it was taking about 12 seconds...considerably longer and annoying when waiting for it to be ready.
I had a 5th gen i3, so I thought that was the issue and got two "new" used xeon workstations for two of our doctor's desks. They are basically identical specs, E5-2699 v3 64GB ram. 1GBs wired network connection. My login speed is identical as with the old i3 with a brand new install of windows, etc on the new 16 core processor at my desk, 13 seconds. The funny thing is,my associate's computer (identical to mine now, both 32 thread xeons) the login speed for my user name is 2.5 seconds.
I know this is highly dependent on network speed and processor speed, but this issue is baffling me and seeing if you guys have any pointers to try and check. Maybe my network cable is damaged and isn't transmitting 1GBs even though windows says it is? I tried changing the network name of my computer to see if that made a difference to past logs of OD or something, no change. Any ideas? an interfering program? Any clues as to why this one computer takes so long to load OD?
