Is there a way to run a report of what procedures have not had notes left or edited for them? I have entered all of my default notes in, which I realize will be posted when the procedure is made complete, but I've put XX in the notes for things that I want to make sure someone goes back and changes in the notes. For example, for a denture I have "teeth shade XX" in the default not which tells me to change the XX to a shade. But I want to know which ones have not been edited at the end of the day so I can go back and change those appropriately. Any ideas?

put quotes "" in your auto notes instead of your XX and then run the report for "Incomplete Procedure Notes." It will flag all notes with the "" still there that have not been finished.
