I have a patient that has 3 insurance plans... and I can't seem to find a way to have all three insurance show on the treatment plan. Currently, it is only showing up two insurance plans and the rest goes to patient. Is there a way to add the 3rd insurance into the treatment plan?

No, our TP module can't handle estimating for 3 insurance plans simultaneously. Once you save a TP, you can begin to edit it directly to make it look acceptable, including adding notes on individual procedures. That might help.
