Review request generation options

I currently use a third party software that sends out Google review requests

I’m looking to find a way to do them they open dental directly or use another software

Can someone give me guidance as to options for:

1. Third party softwares that generate review requests and have intervention with OD

2. If there is a way to do it directly thru OD without the use of any third party software

Good morning,

To your second point, you can use Open Dental's 'General Messages' feature. Some offices set up a rule to send a text at the end of an appointment. Open Dental’s General Messages feature seems like the simplest option if you want to avoid third-party software. Setting up an automated message at the end of an appointment and directing patients to your Google review page could work well. Thanks for sharing this option.
