Developer API access request: compliance platform integration

Hi, we're FinVerified (finverified.ai), a payment-pathway compliance platform for dental practices. We'd like developer API access to build and certify a read-oriented integration: we consume treatment plan, patient contact, and balance data to generate state-specific patient disclosures and initiate our consent workflow. No clinical writes.
We're requesting a developer API key and any test/sandbox database guidance for certification testing. Patient identifiers are hashed at our integration boundary; we're HIPAA-aligned with BAAs available.
What's the current process for developer key issuance? Happy to provide anything further.
