I have been testing the option within the Insurance window "Claims show UCR fee, Not billed fee". Unfortunately 1) The system actually pulls from the office STD fee schedule that they set up 2) The option does not show any different fee other than what shows up in the 'account' module'. Regardless of how I set it up, the fee that gets listed is in both the account and the claim.

In further viewing and testing I discovered that the 'Plan Type' within the Insurance information needs to be 'CATEGORY PERCENTAGE'
