is there any way to set the security up so that only the adminisitrator can add suppiers and supplies?

I am starting from gound zero on putting in the supply inventory. is there anyway to import data to complete this task quicker? I will eventually need to do this for 13 offices and would like to find a better way to input the inventory data to maximize my time. thanks

are there any reports in the queries that can analyze or summarize the data that resides in the supply inventory portion of Open Dental?
