I would like to have additional fields on the claim form that use the Totalfee value. That is I would like a field called Tax = Totalfee x 12% with the flexibility of setting the percentage to any value and also have Totals=Totalfee + Tax because in my country Dental fees attract TAX. Please assist....

I want to include a field in the claim form that uses the Totalfee. The field I want to create is VAT = Totalfee X 12% and another one which is Totals = VAT + TotalFee or Totalfee x 112%..I am new to OD and would like some help on how I can go about doing this..
