Re: Query 1238
Thanks for replying Tom.
972 and 1238 both produce different results, even after removing dupes from 972. 972 produces the same results as the "built-in".
So I assume 1238 is inaccurate?

Query 1238
Is it easy to add First and Last Names to the results of this query (1238)?
I am asking because 1238 produces numbers that do not match up with the "built-in" New Patient report and I want to cross check the results.
Thanks,
-Erik

Re: DOB in patient search
If you mean "Select Patient", I have a Birthdate field there, 3rd from the bottom.

Request/Idea for a New Patient and Referral Dashboard
I am looking for an easier way to keep track of referrals, referral "rewards", new patients and a few other things as it is a big part of my job. The screenshot below just serves as an example. I will try to explain it, wall of text incoming. * October 18, 2106 : The current date. * Day 14/26 : The ...

Re: Plug-ins Forum Topics
Can I make a request here for some custom work or is there another preferred forum section for that? Request does not necessarily need to be fulfilled by the Open Dental team, it can be a third party developer as well. Possibly getting some feelers out if more offices would be interested in this spe...

Re: Adding a Field in OD
Yes I am aware of that, however I want to cut down the use of Excel sheets. Using way too many as is.

Re: Adding a Field in OD
I will put in a Feature Request, since with that option I can make notes, which is not an option with query results.
Thanks!

Adding a Field in OD
List -> Referrals
If I want to see a count (patients referred FROM this referral) of referrals in this list without double clicking on a name, would that be a Feature Request or something "easy" to program?
Ideally this referral list will be sort able by count.

Here are two things that stick out to me:
-Erik
- The large timer in the top right is the only one that does not have "AM".
- You have "Anesthetic medication" and "Anesthetic Medication".

Re: Query #1121 vs #1097
I forgot to add that I (Excel) counted the zip codes where "production>0" in #1097, which reduced it from 5191 to 1249.

Query #1121 vs #1097
I am trying to get some demographics by zip code and these queries return quite some different values.
1249 vs 1337 for a certain zip code for example.
My questions are:
Which query is most accurate?
What is causing these significant differences?
Thanks,
-Erik

Re: improving referral accuracy
Select any patient, click "Family" and double click the green "Referrals" field.
This will pop up a window. If you click "Referred From", you can attach a referral source to the patient.
