Hi~ I'm new to Open Dental and want to make sure that I am prepared to close out the year. Want to see what reports you print and looking for any special recommendations?

Is there a way to create a "Fee schedule" for the plans we are out of network for so that we can better estimate the pts co-pays? I know how to attach the fee scheduled when in-network for insurance purposes. Just looking for ways to be more accurate on treatment plans.

Where can I find the "pending" pred? its not in the acct.

If I am making a new patient appointment and I haven't entered the patients insurance/benefits why do I have to attach a code before making the appointment. A procedure must be attached to save the appointment?

How do I go back to see an EOB after it has been scanned in during the payment posting? Is it necessary to also scan it in the patients images?
