I solved my problem.
I used the VistaEasy software with Twain interface.

Re: Compiled Version Patient Limited to 30?
That's what I figured. If I had used my original Trial exe for the workstation, then this probably would not have happened. All is ok now. I decided to purchase support for this occasion only. In the future I will be more careful.
Thanks Cmcgehee,

Re: Compiled Version Patient Limited to 30?
I downloaded the new Trial EXE to a different computer. I then set up a workstation. I did not think that this would corrupt(change to trial version) my original compiled form source files. The workstation connected to the server and updated some files. Everything on my server was working perfect un...

Re: Compiled Version Patient Limited to 30?
It sounds like you compiled the source code using the TRIALONLY compilation symbol. If you remove that from the OpenDental and/or CodeBase projects, you should be able to use it like normal. On second thought, can you provide more info on how to do this { TRIALONLY compilation symbol }? Thanks, Iro...

Re: Compiled Version Patient Limited to 30?
I set up a workstation to test open dental. The workstation updated my data base to a trial version? I decided to purchase support. All is functioning again. As a warning to others. Do not allow the trial software to update you compiled version, it will update the data base and some of the files to ...

Compiled Version Patient Limited to 30?
I compiled from original files. Software was working perfectly until I tried to set up a workstation. The workstation updated the server to a newer version. Now my Server states that it has reached the 30 patient limit. I have over 4200 patients. Is there a simple way to correct this outside of purc...

Re: [balTotal], round up/down, error ?
OK, I solved my problem. I compared the data files and type in the trial version to my compiled version.
For some reason, some of the entries were set to Integer, instead of DOUBLE.
Everything appears to be working OK.

[balTotal], round up/down, error ?
ProgramVersion: 19.1.16.0 compiled from original source. I have noticed a round up/down error. The patient balance in the account tab is correct. It is not correct in the patient dashboard. For exqmple a patient balance of $ 75.15 shows up as $ 75.00 in the dashboard. It appears that it may be a inc...

Re: Address Labels for Letters
We have been an open dental user since 2010. At present letters are printed and the envelope is hand addressed. What is the quickest way to print a label for a letter? I noticed that inexpensive small individual label printers exist that can be loaded with labels at all times. Any advice and recomm...

SMS TEXT in unregistered OD ?
OD Version 19.1.16.0 compiled from source. The eServices are not active in my version, compiled from source, no registration code. I would like to know if Google Voice and the mopensoft.com dll would still allow text messages to be sent. From what I can see on the forum, the answer is yes, but I wan...

CommLog ?
OD Version 19.1.16.0 compiled from source.
I have set up a family in OD. When I select a family member and enter a commlog msg, it shows up in the chart of all family members.
Is this correct or should the message only show up for the selected patient?
Thanks,
Iron-Man

Charting Slider, setting original existing condition dates
I am using OD version 19.1. This is a compiled version. Moving Lytec Dental old record to OD as a test case, ie recreating paper record in OD. I have checked the forums and cannot find anything addressing this issue,(entering date of existing conditions). The chart slider scrolls through dates showi...

Thanks to all that replied. My version is: 19.1.16.0 I was able to resolve the issues without making any changes. Critical Error No Fee Cache
I have compiled version 19.1.16.0. So far everything appears to work just fine. I wanted to test all features of Open Dental. When I try to import fees, I receive this error" Critical Error No Fee Cache" I can import without any problems from the trial version, but not my compiled version. Any ideas...
