Re: fees keep changing back

Hey, My fees just reverted back again!!!!! I updated on sunday from 6.1.14 to 6.2.12, and I made sure to check that the fees remained as I set them, and they were. adult prophy was set at $105. This morning, the fees were okay, because I went over some accounts and tx plans with my office manager, a...

Re: fees keep changing back

Nate,

It sounds like a similar issue to yours, except I notice it with our Standard fee schedule. The thing is, I've never set my adult prophy at $98. I set it to $100, and it kept reverting to $98. Then this year, I set it to $105, and it kept reverting to $98.

fees keep changing back

Is there any reason why certain fees keep reverting back. I recently increased my standard fees. D1110 adult prophy used to be $100. Now it is $105, but every so often, when I am entering a procedure, I notice the D1110 is set to $98. It doesn't seem to have anything to do with updates or anything. ...

Re: Pt. with balance suddenly has zero balance

I can see how that can be the situation. In my case, though, I was alerted to this anomaly because the pt. sent in a check for her overdue balance, and when my front desk opened the envelope, then went to post the payment, she informed me that the balance was zero, and I knew this particular pt's ba...

Hi. I took Dr. Bonilla's query, 39. List of patients and their addresses who have not been seen since a certain date (the example uses Sept 1, 2005). It will also give you the date of their last visit. Submitted by Jorge Bonilla, DMD SELECT patient.LName, patient.FName, patient.Address, patient.Addr...

Re: Pt. with balance suddenly has zero balance

I did speak to my office manager about it, and checked the audit. I don't think anyone went in and changed anything. The $57 writeoff for each composite seems arbitary, and when I checked the audit trail for the misc. $3 adj, the transaction was listed as AppointmentCreate and had ($3) in the note. ...

Pt. with balance suddenly has zero balance

Hi, I've noticed a few accounts that had balances before sometime beginning of August, but somehow the balances became zero. I only noticed it because they were marked as pre-collections status, and I was going to send them to collections. Ex. a patient had two anterio composites done. each composit...

Thanks. Also I plan to use a generic referal sheet that would be printed out as a router when pt. checks out, so it would be helpful to have the referred to doctor's specialty show up on the sheet. Thanks.

Hi Jordan, I'd like to request a new feature. Is there any way to make it so that you have to highlight procedures in the proc quick add column, then maybe have to click on a 'Add' button for something to add it to a particular appt? Right now, it's too sensitive. In the appt screen, if you move the...

Hi, Is there a way that we can take a planned appt. block and put it directly in the unschedule list without having to drag it to the appointment book, then unscheduling it? I just started using Tesia.
Everytime I try to send a claim or pre-auth for a crown, it has a prompt "Claim cannot be sent until missing data is fixed: PFM Prosthesis"

what does this mean? I couldn't find reference to this in the online user manual.

Thanks

A pt is coming in with union benefits, the first one we've had with this new plan. It's not a PPO, the pt. does not pay a copay according to a percentage of the allowed fee. Rather, there's a fee schedule of what the insurance pays for a given procedure, then there's a corresponding schedule of what...
