I have a patient that has 3 insurance plans... and I can't seem to find a way to have all three insurance show on the treatment plan. Currently, it is only showing up two insurance plans and the rest goes to patient. Is there a way to add the 3rd insurance into the treatment plan?

What's a reasonable finance charge %? Just curious what % you all are using. Usually, we don't charge an interest rate for balances, but we have a couple of accounts with overdue balances and need to start charging, hopefully that'll encourage them to pay. Thank you

I have a couple of patients that have been sent to collection and need to know how to label these patients on OD as "bad debt" or "precollection patients". I have version 5.1.17.0. Thank you.
