According to our docummentation on HL7 Interface Specification that one of our engineers wrote (https://opendental.com/resources/HL7Mes ... eSpecs.pdf), we do not support PID segment PID.30. Please fill out a Feature Request if you would like to see the program to process this.

The tabbing is fixed and drop down boxes support Up/Down arrow keys to select items. Expect this to be in 21.3.52.0;21.4.26.0 when released, but let us know if it is not working.

Hello awadh11, the phone number formatting should not apply to statements starting in 21.2.41.0;21.3.16.0 when released. Please let me know if it still occurs after updating to one of these versions or later.
