Recall lists include inactive patients

When we are using the recall lists for overdue patients it is pulling up inactive as well as active patients. Is there any way to limit the list to active patients?

reports don't exclude inactive patients

Under the benefits remaining, the search results do not exlude inactive patients. Any ideas?

Re: WebMD logs

Jordan,

Sorry about forgetting this. The first log printed (if memory serves correctly) a lot of hex code sprinkled with patient names. However, it was only on the day we updated and they now seem to be fine. My OM didn't bring it up again and it slipped my mind.

WebMD logs

Hello,

We just updated to 5.6.16 and the Web MD claims log is now 3 pages long and fairly unreadable. Does anyone know the solution?

Thanks

Jorge,

I am trying to determine the age distribution of my patients, by year. Do you know of a useful how-to guide for SQL queries?

Thanks

variable for patient age

I am trying to write a query to sort by patient's age. What is the relevant variable to use.

PT dental

Is anyone using PT dental for their data entry function. the scan and shred method is starting to devour too much of my OM's time. How is this working for you?

Thanks
