I agree the risk is very low for a dental office that is not using the smart chip. I am sure sooner or later the PayConnect plugin will catch up with the new technology. But for now the benefits of the integration in the OD patient account is well worth the minimal risk.

I have the camera from EBAY and China, it works great. My only complaint is the on/off button is bigger than the capture button on the wand so I have a tendancy to turn it off rather than capture the image.
Also, I have not been able to fix the TWAIN driver problem which is a complete pain.

I love the new feature which allows us to save an image of the tooth chart, we have implemented saving a copy at each exam appointment!!!!
Great new feature.
BUT...is there anyway to keep it from showing the drop down window:"show big and save to images" in the upper right corner?

Re: Recall Lists
On the top right of the appointment module there is a notepad icon. Click on it and you will see the recall list.
You can group by family as one of the options.
You can setup/change the print layout under setup menu /recall .

While you are working on the labels.....
Any chance of adding the feature when right clicking on an appointment to print patient's appointment info on a label?
Thanks,
DW
