Possible deposit bug
Using 11.1.27.0. I have two insurance payment checks. They don't appear on the create deposit screen, and when I try to delete them it states "Not allowed to delete a payment attached to a deposit." But they're not attached to any existing deposits, either. The insurance check info screen doesn't st...

I do exactly what you say, and I second your request.
I've also been using the scanner's software in order to get PDFs, which it seems to me are both more readable and smaller in filesize, and then importing them into OD. It would be great to have it automated, but I'm not holding my breath.

I ran into trouble when I used two lines for the office address. On the insurance claim form, in the lower right box (56), only the first line of the address is printed (along with city & state). This caused a significant headache when claims were not processed correctly, as I didn't realize the pro...

A simple addition: 'unspecified' or 'unknown' family status. I don't know every patient's family status, and it seems silly to label them "single" if they're not, but there's no good alternative.

I often get lost in the setup menu-- 37 items is a lot, and the alphabetical order and the mix of important and unimportant entries makes it hard to grok. You can still get 2008 express from MS. It's free. Why not just do that?
I get the CDT problem too, in 2008 as well. You just have to tell it where to look (Required Dlls directory). For some reason it doesn't find it automatically.

One thing which would improve things is to allow people to use the main window of the program *while* looking at a report.
