I have old school Gendex Accucam Concept IV with firewire. I just update computers from Window 7 to Window10.And they are not working anymore.How can I make it work again with Window 10 pro 64 bit with VixWin Platinum software?

Yes. It solved the problem after I changed to UCR at Provider's set up mode.

Now it show UCR fee at the treatment plan mode.Before it showed MetLife fee.Is it normal?

Delta Dental (Tricare).

In Insurance Plan Mode, Claims show UCR fee, not billed fee buttom seem not working properly.

e.g Metlife RCT#19 UCR fee $1259 Metlife fee $681 preview claim paper show Billed fee $478.

Today, tech. support from Open Dental helped me to bridge with VixWin.
After we bridged ,for some reason, no pictures came out . empty folder.
Anybody had that kind of issue? How is this bridge work normally?
