Thanks for the response. I ended up buying a refurbished QL-500 from amazon. It is only $18.22 with free shipping!!! It works very well. If you hold Alt key while you hit "Print Screen", it will only save the active window to the clipboard. In this case, Open Dental only. Hitting "Print Screen" will save the whole screen to clipboard. It may not be what you prefer.

I have Vista on all the machines with Open Dental. I saw that before. Very likely, it is becuase you didn't install the program as "administrator". Please check the installation page below and redo it. Good luck.
