Why was the posting of insurance checks changed by adding another line ---(insurance payment). It was posted to the correct service date before, which was sufficient. I know it is now also, but what is the advantage to having extra transaction postings. It seems more confusing to see patient's true ...

I agree with Tracy about the old statements and individual balances. I also would like to know why they were changed? The old statement linked all services to one patient. This new statement looks very confusing --- if several family members have the same date of service, they are not listed per fam...
