Recall
We recently went from 6.0.9.0 to 11.0.39.0 and before I use to be able to pull a list of patients overdue for recall when I went into Recall under Appointment Lists. I could send pastdue postcards from this list, but now I can only pull up next month patients that are due. What am I missing? Thank y...

Broken Appt. Notes
I would like the adjustment notes for broken appointments to show in the progress notes in the chart....I'm wondering if that has been added to an update ever? We are only using version 6.0.9.0 I usually make a note when I do the adjustment "broken appt" which shows in the account and then I have to...

Problems with Tesia
Just wondering if anyone is having problems with Tesia? For the last three months my claims with 06126 (print claims) have not been making it to the insurance company. I've also had a few others that go directly to the insurance company get lost - not happy! :x What other clearinghouses are offices ...

Would this be possible....
I was wondering if the treatment plan prioritizing could show on the routing slips and on the unscheduled treatment report??
I would like to see how it is prioritized or if a patient has declined tx or if tx is up to the patient.
Thank you,
Thielbar Family Dental

Re: Version 6.7 headaches
Nice to know about this "Total" button now....I have been using it for a year and a half now
So does this mean we will run into these same issues when we update to 6.7?

How do you do it??
I'm looking for help on how offices do cancellations/no shows.....I use the button on the right hand side to make an X through the appt. and make a note on it but this note does not show in the progress notes or on a statement. We also came up with our own codes for different excuses and we can make...

query reports
Is there a way to run a query report and for it to not include archived patients?
I would like to run report example #50 and for it to show only active patients.
Thank you!

Insurance claims showing outstanding on report
When I run my outstanding claims report I have 4 claims on the report that we have received payment for. I have checked to see if they are all marked received and they are.
Any reason why these claims are showing up on this report???
Thanks,
Lindy @ Thielbar Family Dental

Re: Multiple treatment plans
Good question!! I was wondering how to give patients different choices on a tx plan. Some patients want to see amalgam vs. composite or if we are giving the patient the choice between root canal, core and crown vs. extraction. If you put it all on one tx plan it is confusing to the patient to what t...

Aging Report Titles The Same for Standard & All Accounts
Is there any way to change the titles that are printed on the aging reports? Two different aging reports have the same title information when printed out. When generating an aging report and "all" is checked for billing types, the report title says "Any balance" and "Standard account". The exact sam...

Lab Cases Attached to Procedure Codes
Is it possible to set up a procedure to prompt a lab case? For example, Softdent had an option that could be checked when you set up or entered a procedure code that would prompt the opening of a lab case. We used it for almost all of the procedures requiring lab work (i.e. crowns, dentures, repairs...

insurance changes
Just wondering why we cannot delete insurance from a patients account if they change insurance or lose their insurance? I don't like when I'm sending a pre-auth and I have to choose which insurance to send it to and there is a list of insurances and in some cases the patient doesn't even have this c...
