We have an employment change and have changed the schedule to accept the new hygienist, but the existing appointments are still listed under the prior hygienist. How do we change all prescheduled appointments to reflect the new schedule?

Something has changed in our user manual. We used to click "Help-online help - contents" and would be taken to a very useful user friendly website with screen shots of various OD views. Re: Perio charting previous exams
Yes, I double clicked on 8/22/2016 12/11/2012 pops up with the date change window I closed it and tried to click 8/22/2016 and it pops back to the 2012 one, oddly any exams before 12/11/2012 open properly to be edited but any after that date do not. I wonder if a setting or update changed something.

I used to be able to click on a specific perio chart and have the option to change the provider or date of service. Now if I click on a date it opens whatever date is at the top of the 5-6 dates seen and stays there no matter what other dates I click on. This happened at our old office on our laptop...

I feel like I knew the answer years ago but how do you assign time length to certain procedures. For instance a PerEx, Pro, 4BX is 50 min. For some reason every time we add or delete anything from the apt list it shrinks the apt to 20min. I saw that you can click "time lock" so the time doesn't chan...

Sorry I am the RDH and the receptionist was asking if I could check into how to do this. I don't often run reports. We are a fairly small office.

We are curious to know if there is a way for the laymens terms to show on the schedule instead of the ADA definition. There are several things that I can not figure out how to chart on Open Dental. The most important is a watch area. What are you guys using for that?
Also a chipped area that is not needing treatment. Or a NCCL (non carious cervical lesion) or the abfracted area of a tooth with recession.
Thanks.
