Re: treatment plans dates vs actual appointment dates
Yes, for real. I have to have my staff do corrections because I find dates incorrect on the account ledger - claims going out with the wrong dates on them. Do I have a glitch in my system? It would be really nice not to have to watch-dog this. I would have thought the date of the treatment plan woul...

treatment plans dates vs actual appointment dates
With the newest upadate - I really like the ability to delete old treatment plan listings from scheduled appt screen and the "add" button that allows you to go directly to the procedure listing screen - much better - saves going back and forth to pick up this information - thanks! :D Why was it that...

Re: Family recall list
Thank you for the new OD version - I like the expanded view of recall appts - nice improvement :D . Is there anyway to have a small column on the viewable recall page to also show the time schedules (3 mo, 6 mo, 1 yr, etc) rather than having to click into one of the other screens to see this info? T...

Patient recall address different from billing address
How do you set up an account to be able to send recall cards to a patient at their residence and send billing statements to a separate address. This has become problematic when we have children who live with one parent, and their billing statement is being sent to the other parent at a separate addr...

Re: Planned Tracker Appointment More Visible
Ok, I walked through the posting of the planned tracker appt from the appointment screen. Yes, it will be a matter of helping everyone groove a new habit, but I'm up for that because I love the planned tracker list. What would really help my staff see this appointment sitting on the appointment scre...

Re: Family recall list
Hi Jordan, I actually updated last night --I think I am in version 5.9.11.0. When I doublechecked the update - it said that I already had the latest version. Could I have missed an update in between or is each update all inclusive? Thanks.

Family recall list
I wondered why the the Family Recall List on the Patient Information Screen does not also include the "appointment scheduled" like the Family Recall List does on the Appointment screen. I like having that reference point, and would find it helpful to have it on both screens. Thanks!

Planned Tracker Appointment More Visible
I love that you have a planned tracker appointment option. It allows us to have the appointment detail ready for when the appointment needs to be made. To partner with this, we have developed a RTO (Return To Office) slip that we check off items such as : pt. name, doctor, procedure, time needed, so...

Re: RECALL REMINDERS on the DAILY SCHEDULE
Good morning - thanks for your reply and consideration! I like the reminder option for xrays needed as well. May I offer another possibility to this option. Would there be a way to tie the overdue/or needed xray patients to a "report button" that we could use 'to create a printed list for each days ...

Recall reminders on the daily schedule
Hi - I would really find it convenient if we could have a patients recall date (and connected family members) automatically show up in bold red letters in the appointment bubble that highlights patient information on the schedule. Or another option would be to have the letter "R" (for "recall overdu...

Re: Notes on the schedule
We use a combination of customized block-outs and have also created a "note" patient that we consistently use just for notes added to the schedule as well. On the days we do have an extra column, we put our to-do lists there. The pop-ups are handy when assigning notes to specific patients such as " ...
