As of right now it is all or nothing. You can manually print the statement for that patient if you want in the Account Module. There is a statement button. To the right of the button is a drop down and you can go to more options and print it through there.

You can try to manually bring your backup over. Just make a copy of your OpenDentImages and paste it in your USB or removable drive. Fixed this by deleting the .EXE that was in C:\OpenDentImages\Update Folder. for some reason there was a Outlook .exe in there. After I deleted it the problem was fixed.

Yes, Electronic claims show more information than the printed claim form. Well for part of the issue when you are in the mobile unit you can change the procedure under Lists>Procedure codes to "is hygiene" when a hygienist is working all day and then when a doctor is working all day you can go in and disable that so at least you would not have to worry about the procedure...

You should not have the 50 and the 150 in at the same time you are either putting it in as an individual or you are putting it in for a family. So you need to take the 150 out and make sure all of the boxes are empty under the Family. That should fix the problem.

Try running a database maint. Got to Tools | Database Maint. then close Open Dental and reopen it should get rid of it.

In the Chart Module you can only print the entire chart or the procedures done on that day "today". There is no date range option. You can print a statement in a date range. That will show all of your completed treatment but not your notes from your chart.

I would run a Database Maint. go to Tools | Database Maint. then you can try it again. If it still won't let you create a claim you need to double click on each procedure and delete the estimate. Then you should be able to create a new claim.

You should be able to block out the day by going to your Setup | Schedule and double click on the day that you want closed. The patient does NOT need to sign the claim form. It shows signature on file so if the insurance company request it you can give them the permission they need. But most insurance companies are going to accept the signature on file.

Well if you are using version 6.4 or higher now all of your patients end up in your recall list even if they have never had a cleaning to trigger a recall. It is suppose to help you keep track of patients that just came in for treatement originally.
