I tried but my version is 6.4
I have tried to use setup - display fields - progress notes - time
But it only shows 1 time , 9:00a
Which looks weird. I will be happy if u can help

Does anyone know how to incorporate in the treatment notes the time that the patient is in room & treatment starts & when the patient's treatment is completed ? Not appointment times. This is a requirement with the health ministry where i work.

We tried to remove the cover but the results are still blur. Is there anyone from this forum who scans periapicals using the epsob scanner who can help with particular settings.
We also tried to contact epson but they claim that this scanner cannot be used for x rays

We are currently scanning in our periapicals with an epson perfection V700 photo scanner into Open dental but we are unable to get the settings right.

So for all deceased patients, we put as archived . For patients who are in collections / we don't wish to be as inactive. Will inactive patients still should in recall / unscheduled lists?

Can you tell me what is difference between inactive and archived patients? What about the patients who we do not want to send reminders anymore or have left the practive ?Which categories shoule we put them in?
