I am planning to merge 2 existing practices using OD but separate data. Each practice has it's own name and ID but I am planning to keep one existing name and ID.
Can someone advise how I can combine 2 separate data in OD?

Collection report from different insurance
Is there a way that I can generate a report to show how much collection from each insurance company? I am interested to find out how much income do we generate from certain insurance plans so that we can decide if it's worth keeping the plans or not. Please let me know if I can do this or if not, ca...

Allergic Rx.
Is there a feature in od that triggers when a patient is allergic to certain medication. For example, we should be able to check a box that tells a patient is allergic to Penicillin so that when we go to Rx, we cannot print out rx for penicillin.

Automatic log off
Jordan,
Another feature that I think is useful is automatic log off if program is idle after certain period, say 10 to 15 minutes depends on setting. My office manager forgot to log off after work and therefore, one of the staff was able to alter the claim.

Re: embezelment
Yes, but we should not allow staff to do write off unless there's permission. Therefore, there should be an option in the security portion for us to allow or don't allow staff to do eob's write off.

Re: embezelment
You're talking about an insurance payment, right? I've never really seen a way that someone could embezzle from the insurance payment window. If you can come up with a scenario, then we can go from there. If you would rather send me the scenario by private message so that it's not made public, then...

There should be a feature where assistant can input payment, but unable to delete claim and unable to input write...

Re: Hygiene production
This is a guess, but perhaps the procedures which are not showing up as hygiene production are being credited/applied to a different provider's production when they get billed, for example the treating dentist. I am the dentist and everything is being billed out under my name, is that what you mean...
