Does anyone have any experience with medical coding a TAP 3 appliance with OD. If so, could you explain how you did it? Thanks for the insight

If on the chart we declare a permanent tooth missing and that the primary is present, I noticed that the tooth letter does not show on the charting. Maybe this is a feature request or am I doing it wrong?

If I purchase the Crashplan program as recoomended by OD in the Index section, (~$100 year) does this mean I won't have to do any more backups to my external hard drives and upload to a home computer anymore?

Just trying to pick some brains here. I recently stopped par with a certain IC. This meant that the assignment goes to the patient, so I have been offering a 10% prepayment discount to encourage people with this plan to stay and to get used to paying on the day of service for everything - no billing...

Thanks for the link, Jordan
Once the correct code and fee are chosen, does it follow the same path as a dental claim in OD, i.e. sent through the clearinghouse for dental and tracked by reports with OD?

Re: How to keep track of HIPAA and other forms
The way I handle this issue is just add a folder to the Images module and call it HIPAA and just scan it into the folder with the date. I do this for the Medical Hx, any consent forms etc.... Incidentally, does anyone know how often a patient needs to sign the HIPAA form, I thought just once and done.

While on the subject of Time Clock. It would be more user friendly if when a person enters their password to get into OD, a box pops up (like in MOGO) that asks if you want to clock in, Yes or No. When closing off the program the box also pops up asking if ready to clock out. Any thoughts?
