When preauths have been received, their totals on a treatment plan will tally in, sometimes greater than the insurance plan annual max! Noticed the same errors while troubleshooting some performance issues (OD 12.1.16.0). They do appear to only be during mysql start. Glad to know they're harmless - will ignore (and not run the upgrade).

We just learned from our e-claim service, Renaissance, 5010 requires the billing provider to be a physical address. This would cause major problems Jan 1. Good to know about ADF option, for when we upgrade. Fujitsu does have a model up from ScanScan that supports standard twain driver. Anyway to set the default view on the Appts screen? We have opporatories set with limited schedule view information such as with name and notes for privacy, while the front office has all details. When they close and open OD in the back ops, they default to the first, and wrong view. Thanks!
