Re: implant insurance pricing not showing
Mine does and always has done the same thing. No estimation for implants at all. Not even if there in all the proper fee schedule places. I believe it is possibly because there is no estimation block for it in benefit information??? There are several categories resto, endo, perio, oral surg, crowns,...

I know that we can now attach eob's to the checks, which is awesome :) Was wondering if it were ever going to be possible to attach a denial to something/somewhere within that same screen ( since there is no check to attach it to) ???? We are scanning them into images now which is fine, but gotta lo...

Re: E-claims service
We were on a fixed rate for unlimited claims at $39.95 for years. This year they hiked us up to $89, I think that's pretty steep and doesn't include NEA. We process around 450 ish claims a month so going to the 21 cents a claim or whatever would cost even more.... Didn't make the switch, I was nervo...

Re: E-claims service
No problems with them AT ALL. Just irritated me because they raised our monthly fee from $39 for several years to $89 for the same service. Renaissance is offering the $39 a month and have been for years so thought we should make a go at it????

Hello! Was reading some old threads about clearing houses this morning as we are getting ready to switch from Claims connect (EDI) to Renaissance later today. We used to be on a $39 a month package and they increased it to $90 a month after several years with them. Not happy :) Spoke to them but the...

Ok. We have 3 providers in our office. One general dentist, owner of the practice, and 2 associates. Its says no!!! Which makes sense! Our claims clearinghouse prints any paper claims we may have so it still needs to get sent to them "electronically"....Is there any way for the Open Dental to assume all claims go elect. unless you manually check the box????
