That was it. My assistant now tells me she checked the "don't show this again" box last week.

This doesn't work for me anymore, I thought it used to. Maybe this is similar to the claim form. Could I have replaced a dll when I upgraded to the beta that could be causing this error?

What is the best way to update a change of surfaces on a tooth? If I have my assistant enter DO from the radiograph, but I see some L decay when later doing the clinical exam, should I delete the procedure and enter it again? Shouldn't there be a faster way?

It was working. I haven't upgraded since version 6.4 or something b/c I didn't feel a need. I really wanted the PDF viewer so I compiled it and installed the beta then copied everything from my "Release" folder into the "\program files\open dental" folder so I may have overridden something. I upgraded to the beta version and hired a new front office person. When printing a claim the preprinted background does not show up. Why is that? It just shows the text entered into the claim without the background image of the claim form.
