Can I make it automatic for a few procedures in a fee schedule that is attached to a plan?
(Plan dropped coverage for some procedures, I don't want to change the fee schedule)

Re: Procedure status - change to "existing"
In general, I don't like to delete procedures. Does not make my records look neat. If I do a mistake I switch tooth number and change procedure code whenever possible. Not always possible though...there are only 32 teeth I can play with :) Is that a hard to implement feature? I am curious, where the...

Procedure status - change to "existing"
Is there a way of changing "Treatment plan" status to "ExistOther" of a procedure AND have it dated as "01/01/0001" so it appears at the top of the list on patient's chart?

Re: Ideas to make od charting module look, feel much nicer!
As for me, on the right side of the charting module, where the empty space is, I would prefer to have a copy of the schedule (may be an abbreviated copy) with that moving red line, so I would see what is coming. I would love to see the tooth chart showing more information but, I guess, that is good ...

Procedure note security.
Just upgraded to version 13. What I noticed is that OpenDental invalidates the signature every time I open the completed procedure notes and change fee amount. I have to do it time-to-time because of insurances and fee schedules' issues (one example: "service replaced by alternative benefit" on insu...

Tesia Bridge 2.0
I just got signed with Tesia. A few days ago their technician remotely connected to my computer, installed software (Tesia Bridge 2.0) and walked me through. It seemed smooth, even though OD have warned of some errors (looked like it did not find some path, sorry, don't remember exactly),and the guy...

Re: Tamper-resistant prescription paper
That would make two prescriptions on a single sheet of paper! One on top right and another on bottom left if you use the sheet second time. I am curious if my laser printer can pull quoter sheet in reliably -> will check it out. I think, specifying the place of a print in prescription print window a...

Chart graphics: crown vs. bridge vs. denture
Single crown vs. bridge vs. denture - they look the same on my screen. I have not been able to figure it out on my own so far (7 month of use). Is there a way to see the difference on chart?
