Customize an RX
Is there anyway to customize the Rx sheet so I can put the patient sex on it? My local pharmacy called and said my rx were not up New York State standards due to the lack of patient sex on the script. Under sheets I do not see a field for patient sex.
Thanks!
Thanks!

Invalid Signature
I am using version 7.6 and I understand if anything changes in the consent form it goes to invalid signature...unfortunatley my staff sometimes accidentally open these up and something get hit... Can we make it so that when you click on create PDF it saves a copy directly into the images of the form...

Re: which version of windows7 to use....
I had the same problem, I just copied the directxdll's into the folder from my older versions directory and everything worked again. Hope this helps.

Co-pay Flat Fee
How do I setup opendental so it charges a $5 copay per visit for my patients as our state program requires I collect a $5 copay per visit. I have set it to Medicaid Flat copay but where do I specify the amount.
Thanks

E-Prescribe Prescription Question?
Is it possible to do e-prescribe prescriptions in Open Dental using surescripts or RxHub? If I do this in NY they offer a valuable incentive for implementing this into your practice.
Thanks!
