thank you for your response.
i have corrected the issue by installing VS2008, compile old version like 6.8, and then used VS2010 to compile 7.6. i have tested this twice and it worked on two computer.. i believe the .NET 3.5 and 2.0 would not register. and this was the only solution.

i installed the acrobat reader and i still get the same errors, i tried installing different versions of the reader. and that did not help..
any other suggestions?

i have also instaled acrobat 9 pro. i dont have the resgen,exe error any more, every other project compile fine beside opendental and unittest. the exact errors are posted =.
